Contracts and sales on homes in West Volusia continue to grow. Comparison of March numbers to previous years show that the number of active contracts and closings continue to rise.  

The results are in for the first four months of 2012 and there continues to be strong activity. This chart shows real estate transactions from the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors and the West Volusia Area Association of Realtors through April of this year.
