The property at 1074 N. US 1, was sold on January 31st. James & Georgia Meyer sold to Pinchas Mamane, of Ocean Club, who will be utilizing the site as a retail location. Carl Lentz of Adams, Cameron & Co., Commercial Investment Division handled the transaction.
